What is the R.I.S.E. Method?
The RISE Method is a system for change so that you can get results, and not waste your time.
RISE stands for Reevaluate, Implement, Sustain & Evolve. We use it for body transformation, but you can use it for any behaviour change.
Here's how…
Reevaluate
Start by reviewing your current situation and what you want to change. Reflect on why that change is important, what resources you have to make the change, and set a goal.
Implement
Apply a strategy to make your change and meet your goal. It doesn't matter if the strategy is the most optimal, but it should be something that you can commit to.
Sustain
Maintain the strategy and measure your progress. Track data to test if the strategy is effective. Look for ways to change your environment to make the strategy easy to continue.
Evolve
Review your data and progress (or regress) your strategy. Take time to reflect on your journey and if the strategy was successful.
Then, start the loop again and Reevaluate your situation, look for areas to change, and set a new goal.

When do I get my Meal Plan?
Your Meal Plan is tailor made for you. Once you complete your initial consultation form it can take up to 24 hours to receive your Meal Plan in app.
Can I modify my Meal Plan?
Yes. Our Meal Plans are highly customisable, and you can swap recipes as much as you like. You can also use our in app Meal Tracker and Barcode Scanner to track your own meals.
What kind of Meal Plan is this?
We follow a flexible dieting approach which allows you the freedom to choose the meals and foods that you want to eat, which is why our results are so good. We do provide you with a Meal Plan, with 1000+ recipe options, along with your own personalised calorie and macronutrient target. You can meet your Nutrition Targets by following the Meal Plan, or track your calories in app - the goal is sustainability!
Can my family have the same meals?
All the meals within our app can be scaled to multiple serves that the whole family can enjoy
What training program can I follow?
The RISE Fitter, Faster, Stronger program is designed to build a strong and lean body
The program is updated each month and will consist of 4 workouts, plus an optional 5th workout, and an optional conditioning session
You'll need a set of dumbbells, bench, barbell with plates, resistance bands and squat rack to complete the full program
But expect lots of comments on how to modify the program to suit your available equipment and fitness level
Please reach out to the team if you need more adjustments
Are there other workouts to follow
Yes - expect to find the LesMills+ Premium library of workouts including BodyPump, BodyBalance, RPM, Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and more on Demand in the RISE app
Plus access the SWEAT library of 10-minute workouts for when you're short on time
How long are the workouts?
It depends on the program.
You can find 10 minute SWEAT workouts and up to 60 minute strength sessions.
What equipment do I need?
The Fitter, Faster, Stronger program requires a set of Dumbbells, Barbell with plates, Bench, Squat Rack and Resistance Bands to complete the full program
Expect lots of comments on how to modify the program to suit limited equipment and different fitness levels
The SWEAT workouts are a mix of some bodyweight only workouts, and some that require a set of Dumbbells
The LesMills+ workouts vary from just bodyweight, to some equipment like a set of dumbbells, barbell, or a stationary bike for Cycle Classes
Do I have to enter the competition?
The Body Transformation Challenge competition is not compulsory and is an opt-in.
Who can see my information and photos?
Your information and photos are only visible by you and our team.
Only your START Photo and END Photo will be visible if you enter the Body Transformation Challenge competition.
Is there really a guarantee?
