Why did you join the RISE Method?
I joined the RISE method because I was not in a good place physically (nor mentally). I felt like I was out of control, gaining more and more weight in the previous 12 months, no matter what exercise I did. I blamed peri menopause, injuries, low metabolism and anything else I could find, ..I knew I was stuck and didn’t like the trajectory I was on. It was time to reset, take responsibility and put in 100 percent effort making a commitment to the BTC III.
What do you like about the program?
The support and guidance with the daily messages helped create an accountability through the RISE App, as well as the structure and to do list .. helps create some habits that after 12 weeks will be hard to break. The nutrition is easy to track on the app as well as all the amazing training sessions on offer.
What was your biggest win?
My biggest win was being able to wear my favourite jeans and clothes again, as well as feeling healthier, happier and more confident.
What was your biggest challenge?
Sticking to meal plans when my partner was eating ice cream, and chocolate.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
I highly recommend the RISE method and all the amazing information and education you will obtain to help you on your fitness journey. This program breaks down everything you need into the basics, and helps you gain the knowledge to reach and maintain your goals, without the myths and misinformation that can often be spread on other programs through social media. Be prepared to be challenged and know that you're worth it!
