Why did you join the RISE Method?
I needed a program and challenge that would make me accountable and give me focus to get my health and fitness back on track. I have done past challenges and love the challenge community and environment. It was time to get my mojo back. i spent a lot of the first half of the year sick and in this time I gained unwanted weight, as I wasn't training and was comfort eating way too much. I was feeling very uncomfortable and my clothes where all very tight or didn't fit. My health was back on track so the time was right for me to under take this challenge and take control of my health and well-being and I am so glad I signed up.

What do you like about the program?
The Rise app is very user-friendly, and I love having everything in one place. Workouts are easy to follow and a great structure, layout, and so many to choose from. I love having Steve behind me for support and added accountability. He was always there to answer any questions and has great advice.

What was your biggest win?
I have to say that it's definitely learning to not be so hard on myself and beating myself up if things didn't go too plan. Sticking to my nutrition plan and not going.back to comfort eating when life got too hard, continuing on with the challenge through the tough times and not throwing in the towel

What was your biggest challenge?
Was over coming injury and illness

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Go for it. You never know what you can achieve if you don't try. The rise method is definitely the best investment for your health and well-being. just do it
