There is no long-term commitment to join the RISE Method. If you decide to cancel you may do so at any time with no cancelation fee.
What training programs can I follow?
You have access to all our Training Programs as part of the RISE Method Membership.
Do the workouts change?
Workouts for the Build and Shape programs are updated monthly, and new workouts are added to the Sweat library each month.
How long are the workouts?
It depends on the program. You can find 10 minute workouts as part of RISE on the Go. Other programs like Build can take up to 60 minutes to complete.
When do I get my Meal Plan?
Your Meal Plan is tailor made for you. Once you complete your initial consultation form it normally takes just a few business hours.
Can I modify my Meal Plan?
Yes. Our Meal Plans are highly customisable, and you can swap recipes as much as you like. You can also use our in app Meal Tracker and Barcode Scanner to track your own meals.
What kind of diet is this?
We follow a flexible dieting approach which allows you the freedom to choose the meals and foods that you want to eat, which is why our results are so good. We do provide you with a Meal Plan, with 1000+ recipe options, along with your own personalised calorie and macronutrient target. You can meet your Nutrition Targets by following the Meal Plan, or track your calories in app - the goal is sustainability!
