Why did you join the RISE Method?

I wanted to start the new year off on the right foot and I knew that this challenge works! The community is so supportive and Steve is so knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions that I have.


What do you like about the program?

I love how adaptable it is! There are so many different workouts and recipes available to switch things up. And once again, the community is amazing.


What was your biggest win?

Fat loss! I am so happy with the progress I made over this challenge. I feel so much more confident and happy in my body now.
I am also so much more mindful about what I’m eating and how much I’m moving, something that I will take with me even now the challenge is over.

What was your biggest challenge?

Food has always been my biggest challenge. Trying to stop cravings for less healthy foods. However, this challenge made me realise I can still have these foods! Just to be more mindful about what else I’m eating that day. I loved being able to enter my own food in so I could add in these foods and figure out what else I should eat that day to still hit my macro goal.

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Just get started and don’t put so much pressure on trying to be perfect. It’s likely you will slip up occasionally but that’s fine because that’s life! You want this to be something sustainable that you can continue forever. And if you do drop off, just get back up and keep going. Be in it for the long term, not a quick fix.
