Why did you join the RISE Method?
I wanted to try and change my body/lose weight in a sustainable way. The Rise method offered a different alternative to weight loss, a more sustainable and manageable way.
What do you like about the program?
Coach Steve is very realistic and authentic, he speaks absolute facts and was incredibly supportive throughout the program. Coach steve is extremely educated and has built the Rise method in a very successful way, catering to all and really caring about participants. Coach Steve is absolutely full of knowledge and loves sharing it on to help other people change their lives.
What was your biggest win?
Sustainable weight loss whilst eating foods i love!
What was your biggest challenge?
I have a physical barrier of a chronic pain disorder so sometimes that can limit my ability committing to strength training
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Consistency not perfection!! Kick starting your fitness journey can be challenging and difficult to maintain especially if you have barriers whether mental or physical. It’s important to be kind to yourself and remember to get back on the horse instead of giving up. Your future self will thank you!
Having the ability to lose weight in a sustainable way means youre not “dieting” forever, it’s a lifestyle change which you are able to maintain.
