Why did you join the RISE Method?
I’ve been a long time participant and wanted to use the program to help me drop some weight and build muscle.
What do you like about the program?
The support you get from Steve, and the fantastic training and meal plans and supportive community of like minded people.
What was your biggest win?
Being super consistent with my nutrition and training even when things plateaued in regards to my progress
What was your biggest challenge?
A patch where my progress towards my goals stalled.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Commit to it and trust the process. You’ll be better off for going on the journey and the things you learn and habits you create will be so useful to use in life.
