Why did you join the RISE Method?
I joined because was needing something to give me the push back into training after gaining weight, which was affecting my health and my confidence. I'm now back on track and loving it.
What do you like about the program?
The program is great, the workouts are easy to follow and I don't feel like I'm living at the gym. Plenty of support from Steve and also the chat groups.
What was your biggest win?
My biggest win of course is gaining muscle and losing weight while still being able to enjoy life and feeling more confident within myself.
What was your biggest challenge?
Biggest challenge was at the start, I felt intimidated going to the gym, working out around all the experienced gym goers. But I put on my big girl panties and kept going getting more confident as the weeks went by.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Just start, it's very challenging at first and walking into a gym can be an eye opener, but once you start feeling and seeing the results, it's the best feeling 👌
