Why did you join the RISE Method?
I wanted to feel stronger, fitter and leaner and feel confident in my clothes. I am turning 60 next year and wanted to be the best version of myself
What do you like about the program?
Everything. The first class support from Steve and his daily knowledge and messages. I loved the easy to follow training programs and many of them to choose from and the huge selection of meals in the library
What was your biggest win?
Many of my favourite clothes now fit and seeing muscle definition. My fat loss and strength gain. I can now to 15 full push-ups and so happy What was your biggest challenge? Definitely consistency with training and daily steps bit I was consistent also with nutrition and has paid off
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Just start. Even if it's just walking every day just do it and increase your daily steps regularly. Absolutely strength training will not only transform your body into an amazing shape you have always wanted it's also great for stress levels. Consistency I have found is the key to your success..Consistency with nutrition (macros) strength training, step count and sleep.
