Why did you join the RISE Method?
I joined RISE to be in a supportive community and a collective goal to get in shape for summer. On my own going to the gym without a plan is a struggle but having a personal plan and tons of recipes makes life so much easier to reach my fitness goals. Thank you.
What do you like about the program?
Love how all the training and meal plans are laid out. I also love how I can switch out recipes or training days with ease to accommodate my taste and schedule and still get amazing fitness results.
What was your biggest win?Â
Feeling strong, healthy and much fitter.
What was your biggest challenge?
I won’t lie managing the Silly Season. Although I mostly stayed on plan there were a few nights at Christmas parties I had some off plan snacks and drinks, but luckily the next morning the plan was just there waiting for me to hop back on.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Just join. You will love the ease, flexibility and results and feel so much healthier and better in your own skin.
