Why did you join the RISE Method?
I completed a Maxines back in 2017 and had great results. I think Coach Steve had just joined the team back then. I continued to follow the progression of the programs and educational information. I had put weight back on over the last seven years and got to the point I needed to get back on track and I loved the ease of The RISE Method.
What do you like about the program?
Everything. Coach Steve has made it user friendly. The information provided for self education is awesome. The app is user friendly. All users are supportive. I really love the the shopping list generator. π
What was your biggest win?
My biggest win was getting back on the program and reminding myself that I needed to look after me before I could look after others at π― %
What was your biggest challenge?
My mental health. I have been up and down and needed something to focus on and be disciplined.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Just do it. Donβt get caught up in the shiny things, focus on the simplicity of the method, it works.
