I want to share Karyn’s story with you.

She started her journey with the KickStart Challenge (just like you're on right now), and really enjoyed the Meal Plan, so committed and joined the RISE Method Challenge.

At first, Karyn was apprehensive to start working out

But took the leap and started with just some dumbbells

Completed the Challenge and invested in some more equipment

And now she's on a mission to get stronger

And get that 100kg deadlift

 But it's not without it's own challenges...
