Why did you join the RISE Method?    

Over the past two years I lost myself and gained alot of weight due to personal reasons, having a miscarriage and then having a broken foot, it all got to me emotionally. I would not look into a mirror because I knew I had gained the weight back on and was I happy definitely not. So then I reflected and I joined the challenge to find myself again and I have, ive lost 10.5kgs in the 8 weeks and my life now has meaning. I've finally meet my ideal partner and his also an active guy so his very supportive through my journey so here's to changing my life for the better. 

What do you like about the program?     

The support from everyone even the coaches you have all been amazing everyday. Love the nutrition and workouts and I have got my daily routine back so thank you.

What was your biggest win?     

Losing 10kgs in 8 weeks, sticking to nutrition, learning to take a rest day and remembering to drink water as im bad lol

What was your biggest challenge?    

Getting my sleep in as I would be at the gym at 3.30am every morning.

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
