I lost fat on my belly and gained muscle strength. I love the new training program with high intensity circuit at the end. It helped me lose weight faster.Â

The challenge is that I got engaged during my 8 weeks training program. I haven’t followed every training session as I planned. And also gaining muscle size is hard.Â
