Why did you join the RISE Method?    

Being post menopausal I put on 8 kg in the last year and I formed bad habits.  I joined the rise method to create good habits, become consistent with strength workouts and meal track so I could drop the weight, especially the belly, gain strength and get my energy back so I could feel good again. 

What do you like about the program?     

You can choose what you eat within your macros, and so many choices with the various workouts. There is always immediate support when needed and the app is so easy to use! 

What was your biggest win?     

I was very consistent with my workouts and gained a love for strength training that I thought I had lost.  I was also very on target with my meals and sugar cravings diminished. 

What was your biggest challenge?    

Biggest challenge was trying to get up early and join the 5am club. Maybe next time! I also didn’t give up alcohol completely which was one of my goals.  

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Go for it and don’t put it off. Everything you need is here in the Rise Method. ‘There is no finish line’
