Why did you join the RISE Method?    

To challenge myself and to commit to getting my weight under control

What do you like about the program?     

I love the app for tracking workouts and the workouts themselves are great. LOVED the hiit training in this program. 

What was your biggest win?     

I lost 6kgs and gained plenty of strength back surprisingly fast without aggravating any old injuries. I'm very pleased. 

What was your biggest challenge?    

My shoulder injury from a motorbike crash 15 years ago constantly causes issues, so making sure I gain strength without aggravating that was my biggest challenge

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Start now, and don't stop. It should be a lifelong commitment and all your hardwork will disappear just as fast if you don't commit to a consistent approach to fitness.
