Why did you join the RISE Method?

Old maxines challenger and been following Steve since he created rise method. Its a tried tested method with proven results that speak for themselves

What do you like about the program?

Adaptable if you need to make changes to your goals Steve is happy to change or answer any questions if your feeling stuck he will analyse your data offer advice on what to do to reset and achieve what you want. App is user friendly and I like that I can see my stat's and track progress

What was your biggest win?

I am notorious for be all in and burn out and give up. Ive been more and more consistent overall with my training which in itself is a win for me

What was your biggest challenge?

Mentally i can talk myself out of sticking to doing things if life's getting a bit hard and its definitely been challenging of late so maintaining any consistency has been hard

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Just start. Even if its small. A little something each day towards your goals can create habits and in turn become your lifestyle than a chore
