
Why did you join the RISE Method?
I’ve been a fan of this type of challenge since the Max’s and Maxine’s days. I saw Steve branch out on his own with Rise and it looked better - more about real help and less about pushing products.
What do you like about the program?
The app is easy to navigate. Being able to track workouts and celebrate PBs is encouraging. Steve’s support is great - he always takes the time to explain things. The community vibe is very motivating.
What was your biggest win?
Getting myself back into the gym regularly instead of sporadic home workouts.
What was your biggest challenge?
Food and motivation. As a single mum, it’s hard to fit in meal prep and healthy choices when you’re exhausted.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Just start. Don’t wait for Monday. Keep showing up for yourself - small changes add up.
