Why did you join the RISE Method?

I’ve been doing and enjoying the Rise Challenges for a while now, but the last one was focused on losing weight gained due to health issues.

What do you like about the program?

The app is so easy to use and there’s so much support.

What was your biggest win?

I exercised consistently despite a very busy schedule and ate pretty well.

Diet.
