Why did you join the RISE Method?    

I had gotten into some bad habits - I had some family problems with my daughter which took a lot of my attention and I wasn’t focused on myself anymore. I had done previous challenges and needed some structure back. 

What do you like about the program?     

I love the app so easy to follow and love that it records previous stats- it keeps me accountable. 

What was your biggest win?     

Staying with it for the whole 8 weeks and for submitting my photos - first time I’ve done that. 

What was your biggest challenge?    

My food not tracking - I find it time consuming to adding everything into the app 

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Take it one day at a time be kind to yourself, trust the program and yourself . Slow progress is better than none, do what you can and don’t give up!!!
