Why did you join the RISE Method?
I joined the RISE method after completing BTC4. I could see results & felt healthier than I had in years.
What do you like about the program?
The best thing about the program is being able to have access to ALL workouts. If I didn’t have access to my home gym I could easily do a body weight or RB workout with ease!
What was your biggest win?
My biggest win is feeling stronger & healthier!
What was your biggest challenge?
I think everyone has the same challenges during the program which I believe is finding time. If you’re committed to being a better version of yourself you’ll find time to fit in in.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
My advice to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey is slow & steady. No need to change everything all in one go but make small changes each day/week to suit your lifestyle! Just do it!!
