I liked the ease of using the app and the huge variety of workouts to choose from.
What was your biggest win?
Managing to lose weight while in the midst of peri menopause and achieving so many PB’s.
What was your biggest challenge?
The nutrition and late nights so I could go to the gym when it wasn’t busy.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Take it one day at a time and be patient in trusting the process. And always take your progress photos because even when you think nothings changing, you can see it in the photos.
