Why did you join the RISE Method?    

I joined last round because I was completely lost and needed some help and guidance. This round I joined because, well last challenge I smashed so I wanted to keep going. I have goals to fulfil and I know with Steve’s help I can reach them. I also wanted to support my daughter Indi with her challenge and be a positive role model for her and my younger girls too.

What do you like about the program?     

I love that it’s so easy to follow. The app is simple and it’s fun to complete each task each day. I love to challenge myself so it’s great that you can document progress so easily. The workouts are fun and effective. Most of all the support from Steve, Laura and other challenges helps you keep going. 

What was your biggest win?     

My confidence I’ve gained, without a doubt!

What was your biggest challenge?    

Trying to juggle my family life with work balance. It’s hard sometimes but there’s always a way if you want it bad enough!

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Just push yourself to start. Even if you don’t really feel like it sometimes. Soon enough you will be excited to train and realise that this way of life makes you feel amazing!
