Why did you join the RISE Method?

I joined the RISE Method because I had let little bad habits creep into my life.
I always keep track of my bloods and my cholesterol was creeping up also, so with good advice from my Dr and doing this challenge it has come down again.

What do you like about the program?

I definitely love the app and how easy it makes it to do the challenge.
It's like having your own personal trainer.
I love the daily mark off prompts that help you get it all done.
I love the big selection of food in the app , you never get bored.
I love the community and all the support you get from the face book group.

What was your biggest win?

Getting my cholesterol down and my mental health back on track.

What was your biggest challenge?

Getting my workouts done after feeling exhausted after work.

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Don't sit on the fence watching other people do it.
Join in on all the fun and be part of the team , you won't regret it.
