
Why did you join the RISE Method?
I wanted to continue with my goal of improving my health and training in the gym.
What do you like about the program?
I have been part of the RISE community for a while. I really enjoy the training plans and variety of meals. I like being able to check the app everyday and know what I have scheduled. It keeps me accountable. The community is so supportive!
What was your biggest win?
A few personal bests and increasing my flexibility.
What was your biggest challenge?
Nutrition. I always struggle with it. I know what to do, it's just a matter of doing it!
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Get onboard the RISE Method. I honestly cannot recommend it any higher. So many options for exercise and training, be it weight lifting, flexibility programs, Les Mills, stretching, meditating, cardio. I have never seen a program with such a variety.
