Why did you join the RISE Method?    

I wanted something to help me get my motivation back and help me build muscle and strength while losing fat.

What do you like about the program?     

I love the accountability and being able to track my progress. Seeing my weights and reps in the app every day helps me push harder to hit personal bests on a regular basis. 

What was your biggest win?     

I have increased in strength and built some great muscles. I remained on track with my training and stayed the most consistent I have been so far in any of my previous challenges.

What was your biggest challenge?    

Food will always be a challenge. I struggle with sugar addictions and it continues to be something that I am working on.

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Don't wait for someone else to help you. Life doesn't have a remote, you need to get up and change it yourself. Every small change counts towards the end goal.
