Why did you join the RISE Method?    

Because I needed help and motivation to loose some kilos and gain strength and improve my fitness.

What do you like about the program?     

I absolutely love the program as it's easy to follow and you can change your food and exercises if they don't suit.

What was your biggest win?     

My biggest win was that I completed all of my workouts and stuck to my calories, plus I can do sit ups.

What was your biggest challenge?    

My biggest challenge was my fatigued body that struggles with pain but following this great program has helped me to overcome the importance of keeping mobile and eating correctly.

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Please consider how you seriously see yourself in your senior years, your health is your wealth and the program could be a part of your life that leads to a healthy and active life well into your senior years.
