
Why did you join the RISE Method? Â Â
To help me get back on track with food and training. The rise method food plan is very simple and easy to follow, with a great app to keep track of what your eating. Visually this also helps in holding me accountable. The training again is simple and effective, the app does s great job in exercise substitute and is also great for tracking. Having the milestones and leaderboards is also a great way to stay on track and accountable. I entered this with my partner and again having someone onboard with you makes it even better and more achievable. I love everything about the rise method and will continue on.

The app is amazing in everything it does. I'm not real tech savy but it's great to have something so simple at your fingertips. Also the simplicity of the food and training.Â
