I had a great experience completing the BTC 3 with my beautiful wife and we wanted to keep training together, eating clean and challenging ourselves to be the best we can.Â
What do you like about the program? Â Â Â
The app. It is like having a life coach in your pocket. Full of exercise ideas, recipes and supportive groups.Â
What was your biggest win? Â Â Â
Biggest win for me was not as obvious for the BTC 4. I didn't exactly transform my physique. What I did do was learn a lot about myself and how I respond yo adversity and challenges. I learned to accept that sometimes things don't go exactly to plan and how to push through unexpected interruptions and find your inner grit.Â
What was your biggest challenge? Â Â
Moving from Brisbane to remote Western Australia while a cyclone is bearing down. I know, not challenege related  but it certainly challeneged me whilst I was co pleting the challenege.Â
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Don't think about it too much just get started asap.
