Why did you join the RISE Method?Â
I joined the challenge to support my stepfather in achieving his goals in weight loss. I seen the team category as a way to bond and support each other through the challenges.
What do you like about the program?
I love the community and I love the app which is a really great tool and easy to navigate.
What was your biggest win?Â
My biggest win was 8kg of weight loss, and watching my stepfather regain his quality of life and kick 17kg of weight out the door in the process.
What was your biggest challenge?
My biggest challenge was social events. I had a few social events and I stayed consistent with my diet but it was my biggest challenge.Â
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?Â
If I can do it, then you can it! As a kid we heard the saying- you are what you eat. This is 100% true! Don’t overthink the journey. Eat good, train hard and let consistent daily discipline do the rest.
