
Why did you join the RISE Method?
I joined the Rise Method because I wanted to challenge myself and surround myself with a supportive community of like-minded people. With the guidance of a coach and the motivation from the app, itâs helped me stay focused, push my limits, and become the best version of myself.
What do you like about the program?
I liked the structure and accountability the Rise Method provided. The workouts were challenging yet doable, the community kept me motivated, and having a coach made it feel personal and supported. It wasnât just about fitnessâit was about growth, consistency, and showing up for myself.
What was your biggest win?
My biggest win was proving to myself that I could stay consistent and push through even when it got tough. I built discipline, gained confidence, and saw real progressânot just physically, but mentally too. 17kg weight loss was a bonus
What was your biggest challenge?
My biggest challenge was staying motivated on the tough daysâwhen energy was low or life got busy. But pushing through those moments taught me resilience and reminded me why I started in the first place.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Start where you are, and donât wait to feel âready.â Progress comes from showing up, even on the hard days. Trust the process, be patient with yourself, and rememberâyouâre stronger than you think. You wonât regret starting, but you might regret waiting.
