Why did you join the RISE Method?

To become the best version of myself. I needed to be accountable to an expert which Steve is. I want to achieve weight loss and gain muscle. I am 60 next month and want to feel my healthiest and fittest

What do you like about the program?

Many things. Steve's programming, his constant support, his daily inspirational messages, communication with other members on the same journey

What was your biggest win?

My nutrition this round was almost spot on which has shown on my clothes. I had a scan done today after my first one 6 weeks ago and lost 2.5 kilos and 2% body fat which I am so thrilled

What was your biggest challenge?

Half way through this challenge I ended up in hospital. All ended up good and after doctors clearance next day I went straight back into it. My old self would've given up and waited till next challenge

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Stop procrastinating just do it. Make that first step. Find something you enjoy doing that gets you lifting and moving. Strength training will not make you as a woman bulky, it will transform your body and shape like nothing else whilst eating clean very important protein intake
