
Why did you join the RISE Method?
I have partaken in quite a few of these challenges over the years now and as I am turning 50 this month, I needed to change some bad habits I'd picked up and wanted to lose some excess weight. My wife also completed this challenge and I like training with her and pushing her as she pushes me.
What do you like about the program?
I like the program as it is well laid out and easy to follow with all the training videos etc. and the community.
What was your biggest win?
I feel my biggest win is losing enough weight to be back under 80kgs. I would have loved to have lost a lot more but have had a lot of away work the past few months and I find it hard to maintain while away.
What was your biggest challenge?
Working away, doing long hours and not being able to train when I want has been hard for me this round, as well as being sick off and on didn’t help either. I am certain I could have done better if I’d been at home the whole challenge.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
I would suggest they try RISE. If you really want to lose weight and get back on track it would be my choice of programs to follow.
