Why did you join the RISE Method?

I needed that kick to start getting the weight down for jiu-jitsu competition in November without losing strength

What do you like about the program?

Easy to keep on top of my nutrition, Easy to follow program made individually. And the constant interaction with others on the program to keep you motivated

What was your biggest win?

Lost almost 4kg and feeling good without the lethargic effect you get when low calorie. The community coming together to help and motivate everyone

What was your biggest challenge?

Consistency on the nutritional.

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Consistency is the key. Just jump in and put yourself out there. There are alot of people in exactly the same situation as you are.
