The community is one of the best things about this program. Everyone is so supportive. I also love the flexibility of the program, changing things to fit in with my preferences.Â
What was your biggest win?
Losing 3.3kgs. I feel more comfortable in my skin even though I have a little bit to go.Â
What was your biggest challenge?
Sticking with my macros consistently. However even when I fell off with my diet, I always got back to it.Â
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Just start. Start making little changes towards your goals. Small consistent changes are the most important thing.Â
