Why did you join the RISE Method?

I wanted to get in better shape to show a better example to my kids, hoping they’ll take a leaf out of my book in their futures.

What do you like about the program?

Everything is there for support if you need it.

Coming back after falling out halfway through for three or four weeks due to family commitments.

Consistency in training due to life obstacles.

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
