Why did you join the RISE Method?    

I needed help to lose weight that had been gradually creeping on. I wanted to feel better within myself.

Simple and no fuss. The program provides all the tools you need to help with your weight loss and fitness journey 

What was your biggest win?     

Losing the weight!
Also the lessons on how to interact with food choices in day to day life.

What was your biggest challenge?    

I had a few trips away planned which could have easily derailed my challenge but they didn’t - with the information the program gives you I was able to successfully navigate it

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Starting is the hardest part - once you start and gain momentum it becomes part of your day to day
