Why did you join the RISE Method?

I’m getting married in January so needed a great platform to help me get back on track and stay accountable to reach my physique goals

What do you like about the program?

I love the accountability it gives me, keeps me on track and an eye on the goal

What was your biggest win?

Reaching 100kg deadlift during the challenge in a deficit!!

What was your biggest challenge?

Showing up some days when I was in periods of overwhelm and stress
