Why did you join the RISE Method?

To be part of a team and to have a set goal to work towards

What do you like about the program?

I like the Facebook group the most. Lovely people and lots of encouragement

What was your biggest win?

I lost 3kg and began training consistently again

What was your biggest challenge?

Tiredness, and battling PTSD which made it hard some days to motivate myself to train

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Consistency not perfection is what makes all the difference!
