
Why did you join the RISE Method?
I had just given birth and given the clearance to train again. I needed to get my groove back, increase my Heath & fitness not just for myself but for my daughter. I want to be fit and healthy to run around with my daughter, to be a good role model of what living a healthy lifestyle looks like. This was just not about me anymore.
What do you like about the program?
The food was great and soooo much variety. Nothing is cookie cutter and everything is programmed to your individual needs z which gives coach Steve to change or tweak anything in your program to suit your needs.
What was your biggest win?
Finally I was able to sick to a program, drop weight and get my fitness and strength back. I didn’t have to think about a thing, I just followed the plan. Steve & the rise app made everything so easy.
What was your biggest challenge?
Training around a newborn. It wasn’t impossible but definitely added to the challenge to get workouts in.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Start today not tomorrow. Don’t complete things, just trust the rise method and follow the dam plan!
