
Why did you join the RISE Method?
I've had so much success with Steves programs over the years. I wanted to get myself into better shape because I hated how I felt, so I jumped back on the train!
What do you like about the program?
It's so easy to navigate and follow. It can be altered to suit you and the fact that Steve himself is there to answer any questions or concerns is fantastic.
What was your biggest win?
Probably my consistency and having the courage to get out of my comfort zone with the weight training
What was your biggest challenge?
Fighting the number on the scales... still. I'm definitely better than I was, not letting it effect me as much but it still plays on my mind
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Have a crack! You have to start somewhere and there's no better place than in this supportive environment that is RISE!
