Why did you join the RISE Method?    

I've been involved in Maxines Challenges since 2020, when Coach Steve was at the helm. When he introduced the RISE method, i had to get onboard 👌

What do you like about the program?     

I love everything about the program. I LOVE the app....in fact, I'd be lost without it between challenges! There is a training program for everyone, whatever you want to target or whatever your goal, there is something to suit. 

What was your biggest win?     

My biggest win was sticking to the program as a whole when I faced quite a few personal hurdles. It's better to do something than nothing at all was my motto. 

What was your biggest challenge?    

My biggest challenge was being in a social setting and trying to choose the best options possible for food. This will be my focus next challenge. 

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

You have to start somewhere and this is the best place for that! It is such a supportive space to be in and i recommend it to anyone.
