
Why did you join the RISE Method?
I joined the RISE Method to push myself beyond my comfort zone, build consistency, and prove that I could become stronger, healthier, and more confident in both mind and body.
What do you like about the program?
I love the accountability and how easy the program is to follow, especially with the visual and simple meal plans that made staying on track so much easier.
What was your biggest win?
My biggest win was feeling stronger than ever before and being proud of pushing myself to lift heavier each week, while proving I could stay consistent and build lasting healthy habits.
What was your biggest challenge?
My biggest challenge was overcoming self-doubt on the tough days, especially when I was sick and while travelling overseas, but pushing through taught me resilience and showed me that consistency matters more than perfection.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Don’t compare yourself to others—focus on your own progress, celebrate the small wins, and you’ll be amazed at how far you can come.
