
Why did you join the RISE Method?
To help motivate me, loose body fat and tone up.
After having my third son who was born with complex medical conditions I’ve struggled a lot with stress eating and not exercising due to long hospital stays. I’ve realized hospital stays and unfortunately extra stress is just going to be part of my life now and I just need to work around it. So joining Rise Method is my way of getting back on track to being happier and healthier.
What do you like about the program?
I love that you can customize the program to suit you. It’s very motivating and supportive.
What was your biggest win?
Feeling more confident and energized!
What was your biggest challenge?
Reminding myself that the number on the scales doesn’t truly show your progress. I felt disheartened at times if the scales didn’t drop.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Take it one day at a time, every little step counts!
