What is the R.I.S.E Method?

The R.I.S.E. Method is a system of progress and growth. It represents the never-ending pursuit of fitness. 

R - Reevaluate: Review your current lifestyle, fitness level, habits, strengths and weaknesses. Where are you right now and where do you want to go?

I - Implement: Apply a strategy that will get you to where you want to go. Not sure of the strategy, we've got you covered. 

S - Sustain: Maintain that strategy and measure your progress towards your goal. How could you make it easy?

E - Evolve: As you adapt to your strategy, you will need to make changes to continue to see progress. Not sure how? We'll show you. 

Once you've Evolved, the cycle begins anew - it's time to Reevaluate.
