What do you like about the program?
Steve is very supportive, with lots of info’ to help you in your health journey.
Heaps of great recipes and they’re all quick and easy!! Also love how you can change the ingredients to how many servings you need…. Good for meal planning.
Amazing variety of exercises to choose from!! Quick and intense 9 minute workouts to full weights workouts….love the Sweat Workouts!
I really appreciate how the RISE app syncs with my other health apps.

The whole program is easy to follow, no pressure to be involved socially, just go it alone or join in the chat pages when you’re ready. I always felt comfortable and encouraged throughout the challenge !

What was your biggest win?
A massive reduction in knee pain.

What was your biggest challenge?
Making sure I got at least 10000 steps daily.

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Don’t stress, just start slowly with walking daily, and start making small changes in your diet. Then built from there, it will start to get easier and you’ll begin to feel better!
