Why did you join the RISE Method?
Get some structure and goal settings into my workouts

What do you like about the program?
Workouts were good and calorie tracking was good also as often don’t have time to prepare meals beyond basics

What was your biggest win?
Wanted to do this while still living my normal life in regard to social activities etc. I didn’t want it to be a 12 week strict run operation that then falls away once it’s done

What was your biggest challenge?
Injuries - grade 1 hammy twinge in about week 3 or 4 was frustrating

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
This is a great way to start the journey . Not too onerous and very doable with a bit of commitment to the goal
