Why did you join the RISE Method?    

I joined the RISE Method to make me feel confident and comfortable with myself and to have more routine in my day to day life.

What do you like about the program?     

I like that’s there’s a lot of freedom and you don’t have to feel really restricted sticking to a strict plan, as that would make it harder to follow and stick to.

What was your biggest win?     

My biggest win was feeling heaps more fit when playing soccer!

What was your biggest challenge?    

My biggest challenge was getting out of my bad eating habits and doing more things during the day to get my 10k steps per day 

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?

Trust the process and don’t let the numbers on the scale define your progress
