I joined the rise method to better my health and lose a few unwanted kilograms

What do you like about the program?
I like the app based program. It makes it easy to look up workouts, follow meals and look up meal options

What was your biggest win?
Losing 5kgs and training with my wife

What was your biggest challenge?
Eating and tracking my calories are hardest for me. I work away alot and struggle at times to maintain eating habits

What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
