Why did you join the RISE Method?
I joined RISE after another Challenge last round closed, and Steve introduced the new program.
What do you like about the program?
Flexibility, so easy with the App, I can work out anywhere, listen to Podcasts, and organise meals, has also been great when away.
What was your biggest win?
I joined RISE a year ago, believing in RISE, and have lost 14kg to date. Even through injuries (and there have been a couple), RISE Steve and the community have supported throughout.
What was your biggest challenge?
Fighting the low days, not wanting to workout, or go for walks. Making sure I get into the gym, and get out of the house, as it can be hard working from home. 5 mins can go a long way.
What would you say to someone who was about to start their fitness journey?
Believe in yourself, and take every day as it comes… if it’s not a good day, do what you can and reset yourself the next day, as it’s never too late.
